Sue Curry, Artist

My Story

Hi, I'm Sue Curry, the artist behind Sueperb Watercolors, based in New England. I primarily paint in watercolor and my practice involves continuous learning and experimenting.  Varied subjects, vibrant paint colors, and original sketch compositions are at the heart of my artistic journey. While my work often leans toward realism and detail, I also enjoy exploring unexpected colors, unique perspectives, and whimsical, abstract techniques.

Although I've always been creative, I discovered my passion for watercolor later in life. What started as curiosity, quickly became an obsession in the best possible way. Watercolor has brought me joy, challenged me to keep growing, and helped me navigate both life's celebrations and its difficult moments.

Whether I'm painting outdoors or creating

late at night, my goal is simple: to share happiness, inspire creativity, and encourage others to explore their own passions. My journey is proof that it's never too late to discover something you love.
